About Us
The LoveMyTown website was created by Suhail Rana, Chairman of the Wolverhampton History and Heritage Society and a lecturer in Computing at Dudley College with two main objectives:-
a) To provide accurate information and facts about UK Towns and Cities and to dispel some of the myths surrounding topics such as city status and cathedrals.
b) To encourage more people to join their Local History and Civic
Societies so they can help, either through their subscriptions or by becoming actively involved, to promote and protect their towns and cities.
